Plier snap ring outside

A snap ring pliers is a hand tool used for installing and removing snap rings. These are different from other pliers as they have a specially designed tip for handling snap rings. Insert the tips of the snap ring pliers or needle nose pliers into the grip holes or grooves of the circlip. Close the handles of the circlip pliers to open the tips. This widens the loop of the snap ring. Slide the expanded snap ring into the groove on the shaft.
